In preparation for the launch of our game demo distribution service, we have revised the TapFun Terms of Use and the TapFun Distribution License Terms as follows.

Main changes
TapFun Terms of Use
- Added definitions for demo games and established the Demo Game Terms, which cover free play time, paid play, save data and more.
- Established the Energy Terms, which set out the conditions for purchasing and using Energy, the in-service currency.
TapFun Distribution License Terms
- Added provisions on demo distribution: definitions, individual conditions, the demo distribution usage fee and payment methods, operation verification, payment and billing, licenses, and the provision of statistical information.

Existing customers who object to the revisions should notify us in writing by November 6, 2026. If we receive no objection, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms (Article 17 of the TapFun Distribution License Terms).
The Japanese versions of the terms prevail.
