Users have only a license to use the Site or the Service in accordance with the conditions set forth in these Terms and the specifications of the Site or the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Users have no exclusive rights or legal status with respect to any data in or relating to the Site or the Service (excluding Personal Information).

If a User's Authentication Information becomes known to a third party, or if there is a suspicion that it is being used by a third party, the User must immediately notify the Company to that effect by the method specified in these Terms and by the Company, and must follow any instructions from the Company.

The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever even if a User suffers disadvantages, such as being unable to use the Site or the Service, because the User did not make the notification set forth in the preceding paragraph.

If a User does not make the notification set forth in Paragraph 3, the Company may suspend the User's use of the Site or the Service.

Article 6 (Personal Information)

Please refer to the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Attribution of Rights)

Under the license to use the Site or the Service based on these Terms, Users may only use the Site or the Service in accordance with these Terms and the specifications of the Site or the Service, and may not, apart from the use of the Service, claim ownership of or use any intellectual property rights or other rights or legally protected interests of the Company or its licensors relating to the Site or the Service.

Purchased Game Terms

Article 1 (Purchase)

Unless the context requires otherwise, "purchase", "buy" and similar expressions mean receiving, after payment (although there may be cases where it is specified as free of charge separately, or where means other than the shop balance, such as download codes or credit card payment, are used), a license to use the relevant Purchased Game on the customer's compatible device or the like.

The provision of a Purchased Game is deemed complete when it is recorded as available on the internet servers operated by the Company, regardless of whether the customer has actually downloaded it.

After the Company provides a Purchased Game, the customer is responsible for keeping and storing it. Even if the Purchased Game is deleted by the customer or a third party, the Company has no obligation to provide it again.

Article 2 (Paid Content in Purchased Games)

Paid Content provided in a Purchased Game is used for the presentation of the software and may be used only to produce presentational expressions and effects of the software. Paid Content has no monetary value that can be exchanged for specific goods or services provided by the Company. Customers shall use Paid Content in accordance with the conditions specified by the Company.

Except as required by law, the Company will not give any refunds for Purchased Games held by customers. Prices of Purchased Games, in-game currency and the like may change at any time, but the Company will not give refunds on account of such changes. Except as otherwise specified by the Company, customers may not return, exchange, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of Purchased Games, or cancel purchases.

Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights)

The Company or its partners hold or have the right to use all copyrights, patent rights, moral rights of authors, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights and similar rights relating to Purchased Games. All rights relating to Purchased Games not expressly granted to customers under these Terms are reserved, without limitation, by the Company or its partners. This paragraph applies regardless of whether the Purchased Game is owned by the Company or its partners or by a third party.

Article 4 (Termination of Service)

The Company may terminate the provision of a Purchased Game by giving prior notice of the termination on the Company's website or the like. Even in this case, the Company will not refund the purchase price, and customers are deemed to have accepted this by purchasing the Purchased Game. When the Company terminates the provision of the service, points and the like for the relevant Purchased Game held by the customer become invalid as of the time of termination, and the customer may not request a refund of such points and the like, except as provided by law.

Time-Based Game Terms

Article 1 (Purchase of Time-Based Play Rights)

A customer who wishes to play a Time-Based Game receives, after payment as consideration (although there may be cases where it is specified as free of charge separately, or where means other than the shop balance, such as download codes or credit card payment, are used), a license to use the relevant time-based play right game on the customer's compatible device or the like for the displayed play time.

Article 2 (Conditions of Sale of Play Rights)

The Company sells play rights by the "play time" method and by the "title pass" method, under which a specific title can be played for a certain period of time; however, the methods of sale are not limited to these.

The Company may change the price, time and any other conditions of sale of play rights at any time as necessary.

Customers who have already purchased play rights hold play rights based on the conditions at the time of purchase, and except as required by law, the Company will not give refunds or change the content of existing purchased rights on account of such changes.

Article 3 (Determination of Play Time)

Play time is the time from when the customer starts playing until the customer finishes. During this time, as long as the game is running, it is counted as play time even if the customer is performing other operations on the device.

Except where attributable to the Company, the Company is not responsible for communication delays, device malfunctions or other incidents, and calculates play time as described above.

Article 4 (Mutatis Mutandis Application)

Articles 2 to 4 of the Purchased Game Terms apply mutatis mutandis to purchases within Time-Based Games and other matters not inconsistent with these Terms.

Demo Game Terms

3. Free Play Time may be changed without notice at the Company's discretion.

Article 2 (Paid Play)

1. If a User continues to play a Demo Game after Free Play Time has elapsed, the User shall consume the Energy specified by the Company for each unit of time specified by the Company.

2. The amount of Energy consumed varies for each Demo Game depending on the server environment used and other conditions, and is displayed on the Service before play starts or before switching to paid play.

3. Before Free Play Time ends, the Company will notify the User that play will switch to paid play. Paid play begins when the User chooses to continue.

4. Energy is consumed in advance for each unit of time, and even if the User stops playing partway through a unit of time, Energy corresponding to the remaining time will not be returned.

Article 3 (Fees Borne by Providers)

1. For Demo Games for which the Provider bears the usage fees, Users may play without consuming Energy.

2. Free provision at the Provider's expense may end, or switch to paid play, without notice depending on the terms agreed between the Provider and the Company (such as the period and budget cap). In this case, the Company will display this on the Service in advance, and play that has already started will remain free of charge until it ends.

Article 4 (Limit on Play Scope)

1. When a full version of a game is provided as free play with limited play time or play scope, play ends automatically when the limit specified by the Company is reached.

2. The Company will display the remaining time until the limit on the Service when switching to paid play and during play.

Article 5 (Save Data)

1. Whether a save function is available, and whether and under what conditions save data can be carried over to the full version of the game, are determined by the Provider and displayed on the Service for each Demo Game.

2. The Company stores save data for the period specified by the Company. After that period has elapsed, or after distribution of the Demo Game ends, the Company may delete save data.

3. The operation of the save function and the carry-over function is the responsibility of the Provider, and except where attributable to the Company, the Company is not responsible for the loss of save data or the inability to carry it over.

Article 6 (Providers' Content)

1. Demo Games are created by Providers and are provided before release as paid full versions, and may contain content under development or defects.

2. If the full version of a game is sold outside the Service, its sale, content, price and the like are the responsibility of the Provider or the sales store, and the Company is not involved.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

In addition to Article 9 of these Terms, Users must not engage in the following acts.

(1) Obtaining Free Play Time by creating multiple accounts or other fraudulent methods

(2) Analyzing, extracting or copying Demo Games

(3) Streaming or recording gameplay footage of Demo Games in violation of guidelines set by the Provider and displayed on the Service

Article 8 (Mutatis Mutandis Application)

For matters not provided for in these Demo Game Terms, Article 3 (Determination of Play Time) of the Time-Based Game Terms and Articles 2 to 4 of the Purchased Game Terms apply mutatis mutandis.

"Energy" Terms

The following terms set out the conditions for purchasing or using "Energy", the in-service currency in the Site and the Service provided by the Company (hereinafter "Energy"). These terms apply in addition to these Terms and the other terms on this page. Users may purchase or use Energy on the premise that they agree to these terms.

Article 1 (Definition)

Energy is an in-service currency that Users can use as a means of payment when purchasing or using paid content in the Service.

Energy cannot be used outside the Service, returned or exchanged for cash, or shared, combined or transferred between Users.

Users may purchase Energy at the amount (including tax) displayed on the purchase confirmation screen in the Service.

Users shall pay for Energy by the methods specified by the Company and the payment service provider.

Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian when purchasing Energy.

Any taxes or incidental costs arising from the purchase or use of Energy or its use in the Service shall be borne by the User.

If many payments are made in a short period of time, a large payment is made, or the Company otherwise determines that there is a risk of fraudulent use, the Company may restrict use for confirmation.

If a dispute arises between a User and a payment service provider concerning the purchase of Energy, it shall be resolved between those parties, and the Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever.

The Company does not issue receipts or the like for payments for Energy purchased by Users.

Article 3 (Suspension of Use, etc.)

If the Company suspends the provision of all or part of the Service to a User, suspends or deletes the User's account, or takes measures such as withdrawing the User's membership because the User has violated these Terms (including the terms forming an integral part thereof) or the like, the Company may cause the User's Energy to expire, suspend its use, or otherwise dispose of it.

Article 4 (Validity Period of Energy)

In principle, Energy held by Users is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. However, Energy granted through campaigns, coupons and the like held in the Service may have a validity period shorter than 180 days.
