Kenichi Katagishi
Born in 1977. Led the marketing division of DMM.com from its early days and launched new businesses including DVD rentals, live chat and digital content distribution. Founded and led its games business, serving as President and CEO of DMM GAMES LLC and DMM GAMES Holding Co., Ltd. Became Representative Director of e-commerce company Fabius Co., Ltd. in 2019, stepping down at the end of his term in June 2023. Subsequently appointed Representative Director of Tapfun K.K.
Naohisa Ueshima
Born in 1980. Spent a total of five years as an equity analyst covering the gaming, telecom and internet sectors at HSBC and Morgan Stanley before moving into the games industry, starting at GREE. Then served for five and a half years as Head of Corporate Planning / CSO at DMM GAMES, followed by four years as CFO of ZAIKO, a ticketed live-streaming platform, from its early days. Appointed Director, COO and CFO of Tapfun K.K. in 2023.
Masahiro Akita
Born in 1981. Joined DMM in the early days of the internet and rose to head an engineering team, then served as CTO at two web startups. Also writes programming books and technical articles. Enjoys PC games, blogging and building personal services. Appointed CTO of Tapfun K.K. in 2023.
